GUSTAVUS REX

Gustavus Rex is a clubhouse located at Domus Gaudium (Leppäsuonkatu 11), which HYY has made available to Condus and its member organisations. We have three separate rooms: a meeting room, an office and a large space suitable for a variety of max. 100 people. A video projector, a set of cutlery and a conference speaker are also available at Rex, which can be reserved for student use. The space is accessible.           

The Gustavus Rex is managed by the Condus Facilities Devision. It is made up of space managers from Condus member organisations and other organisations using the space. Its tasks include making various procurements for the space, allocating weekly cleaning shifts and organising premises trainings. The premises is managed by Condus and its premises managers.

If you would like to reserve Gustavus Rex facilities for your organisation, please contact the Condus Facilities Managers at tilat@condus.fi . Organisations in the Facilities Devision can reserve space via the booking calendar link sent to organisations at the beginning of each year.

CONDDOORI

Conddoori is a student space open to all students of the Faculty of Education. It is located on the 1st floor of the Old Minerva, Siltavuorenpenger 5. Questions and enquiries about Conddoori can be sent to tilat@condus.fi. The booking calendar is only open to organisations, but there is free study and hang-out space for everyone.

ESTATES TO RESERVE FROM HYY

HYY offers its premises to the organisations under its authority for meeting and leisure use. There are meeting rooms, a sauna and the Alina Hall, located in the New Student House. Requests for space can be made by e-mail: toimisto[a]hyy.fi.

The easy access information from estates that Condus administers can be found from Dokuments. The organisations are free to download and use them if needed.
