 HOW CAN I JOIN TO THE OPERATION OF CONDUS BOARD? WOULD YOU BE INTERESTED IN ORGANISING EVENTS TO THE WHOLE FACULTY? WOULD YOU LIKE TO IMPACT FACULTY OF EDUCATIONAL SCIENCE STUDENTS’ LIFE AND STUDIES?

Ask to be committed to the board of Condus in the association’s fall meeting, which is usually held in November. You can announce your willingness to apply in the fall meeting or send us an application beforehand, that will be read and handled in the meeting. In the application, introduce yourself and tell us why you want to join the operation. Earlier experience of organisation work is not required! The member organisations of Condus will send their electorate representatives to the association meeting who will vote for the members of the new board. The term of the members of the board is one calendar year. You can also apply to the board in the association meeting in the spring in case you have sent the application beforehand.  

Send us a short open official application to the address hallitus[at]condus.fi Earlier experience is not required, it is enough that you introduce yourself and tell us why you want to join the operation. As an official you don’t have the same responsibility that a member of the board has, but for example in the voting situation in the board meetings you don’t necessarily have the right to vote. In practice there is not much difference were you a member of the board or an official. Either way you get to do organisational work in a great company!
