Equality is a default value in all Condus activities. Every Condus member should have the opportunity to participate safely and just as they are.

Equality at Condus can be divided into two areas: equality at the university and equality in student activities. Equality activities are guided by the Condus Equality Plan. The Equality Plan will be updated in 2023. Condus’ equality plan

Condus and its member organisations’ events will follow the principles of Safer Space. The purpose of the Safer Space Policy is to help participants in events to consider other participants and their safety during events.
