1. UPCOMING EVENTS
12.10. Condus Amazing Race
Yes! Amazing Race is here again and we once again will see who is the fastest and brightest of them all. Teams of 4 to 6 people compete to follow tricky clues and find their way to checkpoints all over Helsinki. Teams should sign up on an online form, which opens on the 30th of September at 12:00 sharp. Be fast – only the first 120 teams to sign up can compete.
Alternatively, you can also be a part of the spectacle by volunteering to man one of the checkpoints, or by giving us a hand in the preparations. Contact our Event Committee at tapahtumat[a]condus.fi to find out what you can do to make Amazing Race happen!
10.11. Patch Fair
Got spare room on your overalls? Still missing the all-important songbook? Come rectify the situation at the Patch Fair, where all the Behavioural Sciences Faculty student associations sell their own patches. You can also purchase the blue Condus songbook for 8 euros.

14.11. Condus Fall Sitz
Last year was a complete circus. Who knows where we will end up this time? Condus Fall Sitz, a.k.a. the Great Sitz, a.k.a. a table party for 200 people is here in November. More info coming on the Condus Facebook page and on the mailing lists, stay tuned!
17.11. Equality Day
Equality Day for the whole Faculty is here again! Save the date, more info wll be published later.
2. Upcoming Condus board meetings
All students from the faculty of Behavioral Sciences are welcome to board meetings of Condus! All meetings in autumn 2016 will be held at Gustavus Rex (Leppäsuonkatu 11).

In the general meeting the association representatives confirm the budget for the next year and choose new members of the board. Mark this day in our calendar if you are interested in the workings of Condus.

4. List of links concerning students’ interests
Have you ever desperately tried to find a piece of information from Flamma or from the University website, but your struggles have been in vain? Don’t worry, so have we. The Flamma search function works poorly, and the information is organised rather unintuitively. We have decided to fix this by putting together a list of the most important links on Flamma and elsewhere on the ‘net. Save this list in your bookmarks, and the amount of Flamma-induced frustration will instantly be cut in half!

5. New name for the Faculty of Behavioural Sciences
Psychology, cognitive science, logopedics and phonetics will me moving on to new faculties soon. Due to this, the Faculty of Behavioural Sciences proposes to change the name of the faculty. 6. Freshman photo competition
Freshmen! There is still time to enter the competition for the best freshman photo! Post your pic on Instagram with the hashtag #condusfuksi16 by the 14th of October. In addition to fame, glory and universal respect, the winner will be awarded a set of Condus overall patches.
7. Condus Equality Day
Equality Day for all of the Faculty of Behavioural Sciences will be held in November! The events for the day are currently being planned, so come join the EquCommittee and bring in your ideas.
And what does equality mean? Equal opportunities, equal worth, fairness and freedom from discrimination, for everyone. If any of these things interest you, come to the next Equality Committee meeting on the 10th of October at Conddoori!
